RAIN NO G

I have received a SIM via Takealot and went through the RICA process and paid already yet to date the RICA is still at address validation. I have logged numerous complaints and even messaged the CEO of Rain via LinkedIn but to date not a single person has responded. Rain are *******. They take your money and then just do not bother to respond or provide you with any service. I have no idea what is happening and their so called Support on the site provides no support at all. Activate my service or give me my money back so I can take my business somewhere else!!!
