Rain - no feedback

Cancelled my sim in April, not received any feedback from Rain only that they will debit my account come May. No feedback on collection of their 5G router. Their system also does not allow you to remove your credit card which forces me to go to my bank and request a new credit card as i dont trus Rain. Probably worst ISP in the world not just RSA
