Rain no existent customer service

Good day . I have tried to contact Rain but they do not have an operational call centre. They did not answer facebook messages or e mail messages

I have had no internet since Monday evening. I have tried to reboot etc etc

Just get wifi signal and an exclamation mark I am supposed to be on 5 g

I am getting desperate. Terrible customer service

I have tested the router etc it all works.
What I desperately need reply on..
