RAIN - NO - DROUGHT
Rain's 5G is useless - I've been running two systems as Rain has been unable to keep us connected. I have requested cancellation of the service. I was told that this is a prepaid service and so I undeerstood no payment, no service. However I am incurring a bill it which proves that what I have been told is *******. Prepaid items are paid for in advance. Therefore it is not possible to incur a bill on a prepaid service. I have requested that the service be terminated as was informed that it could not be terminated as I have an outstanding amount. Run people, run - anywhere but Rain.

18 Aug 2022, 14:02Just terminate the service and fetch your router. I will not pay the supposed outstanding amount. This was pre-paid. I did not pay - you suspend the service. Easy as that.
