Rain - No delivery

I recently received an offer from Rain to upgrade to Rain 1. This entitles me to two sim cards. The promise was that these simcards were to be delivered by CCD couriers within 3-5 working days.

I upgraded 19 September. No delivery yet. After repeated contact with CCD couriers and multiple bookings for delivery, I have received no sim cards. I have begun calling Rain directly and every time the case gets escalated, but with no results.

There have been about 10 delivery bookings, but no delivery. Also no updates or feedback. I have to phone them, then they apologize and make another booking. But, every delivery booking is a no show.

This has been a very bad experience and I can't recommend anybody to upgrade to Rain 1!
