RAIN - NO Customer support or Tech support - Network issues not resolved
Customer service is useless. Calling the *** for tech help (option2) is non existing. Calling at different times and day, you hold on between 30-90 min and still no answer???? Also logged several calls with RAIN since 24 October - Still waiting on being contacted? This is not Customer service or ISP Service. I am battling with Connection, getting DNS errors and not being resolved the last 2 weeks. Have taken router to another location and it works fine. Why is RAIN ignoring customers and their support. Becoming useless and waist of money.

15 Nov 2022, 18:38Are you really asking me a question like that? Are all the lights on?? Yes. If it wasn’t I would be letting you know. I also spoke to your tech who confirms tower issues #*** but this issue is becoming really irritating each week DNS errors
