RAIN - No Customer service
Not for the first time: My Data stopped working 4 days ago. I have logged a ticket (which is the only way to communicate with them) and other than the standard automated response, I have heard nothing. Yet again again I have to resort to a public shaming of their 100% lack of customer service. Let's see how long this takes
