RAIN... No contracts but here i am bound

I have not even received my SIM card and yet i am highly dissappointed.... ALL i requested for was to cancel my order and deactivate my account.... and since then i have spoken to 3 agents who were of empty promises....

They say no contracts but here i am bound ....

i just want to cancel and invest my hard earned money elsewhere.... seeing as their courier RAM has not been listening to me and neither does RAIN
