Rain - No connection since purchase

So I obtained a 5G rain router and sim last week Thursday. I received 2 sims 1 4g 1 5g. After the initial setup on Thursday I noticed that after 12 hours nothing was connected. No 4G or 5G signal. After calling Rain I was told that it takes 24-48 hours to connects. Its 4/5 days later and still no connection. So here is my customer service rain has 4 hours to connect my service or considered it cancelled and i want my refund. Oh and just incase this prolongs i will have my whole circle who is rain customers cancel contract. I know RAIN is struggling with carrying users, lets just do what i paid for. My order number is ***
