Rain no connection and no assistance

I have been disconnected for 3 days on my Rain 4G plan and my account is fully paid with no balance, all agents are putting me on hold and no one including support is assisting me

I have been trying to get hold of support but to no luck!! Im either put on hold or my calla are cut, you were to quick to debit money but I haven’t had connection for full 5 days, no one is assisting me!! I want my refund back to my bank account ASAP ****** ****mers
