Rain no assistance.
19 tickets sent no reply for the last week. Alot of airtime used. No answer. Very disappointed because rain takes your money but provides 0 data and 0assistance.

What bothers me is that no one contacts a person back after tickets are sent, although the message clearly states "We will get back to you" Also no one answers when you call the help line it goes into a musical loop. Secondly you took money from me, but I can not use the service. If I don't pay you switch me off but when you cant deliver what can we do? In other words money is ****** from me...
