Rain never responds - helpdesk and Customer service online platform

I have signed up for a R479 24/7 plan last month and till this day I have not received my sim card with money deducted from my account. I tried logging queries and I get ref numbers and nothing is done . Later saw the parcel is at RAM but never seem to arrive because the contact number captured is wrong, I also tried calling RAM to fix the number and log a query they also dont respond.. I am so frustrated as I buy data to be able to work wherelse I paid for a monthly package to enable me and my daughters to work ..Please assist with this regard I need my sim card to be able to work.
