Rain Networks Terrible Service

I live in Norton Home Estates in Benoni, since 27 December 2022, Rain has not been able to provide any connectivity whatsoever, not 5G nor 4G. There is absolutely no network whatsoever. I have heard so many different excuses from them. First it was a power outage, then I heard from them that they were doing maintenance, then it was an issue with the Network Tower. They have also billed me the full amount for Dec 22 and even though it’s to e 3rd January 2024 today, I have no doubt that they will bill me the full amount come end Jan. My advice to anyone considering Rain, do not subscribe to their horrible services. The call centre people cannot help whatsoever, you cannot get through to billing either. They keep saying they are waiting for their technicians to advise on the problem and that we will get a call, it’s 8 days today and I am yet to receive a call. Despite logging tickets for support and billing in their website, no feedback is provided either. Pathetic Service Provider.
