Rain networks has gone down big time

I have been trying to get hold of Rain since last week they have not responded to my tickets for weeks my connection keeps dropping and i am on the 5G and that has been working well i had no issues with my 4G i regret taking the upgrade now soon as it reached December everything started to go down it keeps dropping yes they send me someone to change the router but still the same issue it goes from 5 MBPS to KBPS this is a 5G network these speeds are not what we expect i am contemplating to cancel cause i cant work if i cant work i need to travel my fixed lte never let me down when Rain has let me down where i was a loyal customer for 2 years i had asked for a new indoor modem with new sim card and they keep ignoring my request
