RAIN NETWORK’S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST

Worst Customer Care

Rain is at the bottom of the barrel in terms of customer care. I deactivated my 5G rain plan in Dec 2022 because I was relocating to a place that didn’t have 5G coverage. They debited me in Dec, sim card was no longer active and the router was never collected. To my horror, Jan 2023 I was debited again. Tried to contact them regarding the matter….they don’t pick up their lines, the one time they did, the person just rudely put me on hold for over 3 minutes without warning.

If you don’t want to be ****med by rain….DON’T use them as a network provider.
