Rain Network....Not worth your time..you will be disappointed
Rain call back service is pathetic...purchased a mobile sim card contract and from day one I can not receive sms's so i can not dowload any of the vital apps i need, whatsapp, banking apps etc as i can.not receive the OPT via sms...i have apoke to numerous people from rain but knowone can seem to assist they keep saying they need to escalate and log a ticket with the advanced technical dept amd that they will call me but i have yet to receive a call.....If Rain wants to be a serious contender in South Africa they are going to have to jack up their poooooooor customer service and actually be like the other networks and have a contact center for technical issue that you can call and not have to wait days for a call back

The lady that we spoke to yesterday yet again said the problem has to be escalated to the voice dept and not the technical department.....i dont give a hell who the correct department is i just care that this mayter gets resolved otherwise i am just going to cancel my contract with Rain as this is now really ridiculous.
I requested from that same lady to send me the APN connection settings for the rain mobile sim so that i can make sure all is correct and that has also not been sent.
If this matter is not resolved by friday i am going to cancel my services with Rain and its really not worth it

The RCS Chat was disabled on the phone 2 days ago.
The APN Settings were app**** on the mobile device (Samsung A06).
As per email {Enable VoLTE or 4G), the only Network Mode options are 3G and LTE - LTE selected.
Downloaded RainTalk app and received the OTP via SMS.
The issue now suggests that no SMSes are received from outside the RAIN network
