Rain network Worst Service Ever

my gig limit increased without me increasing it and not being able to reduce it. Where i called the call center to assist, I'm paying R200 more for something i didn't even authorize. I canceled coz rain support is not solving the issue, then i was told no your cancelation will only be active end May so your network will be available until 25th May! Why on earth is gig limit increasing on its own so i pay amount close to unlimited 5G that ure busy promoting now. I don't want home router i travel in remote areas with no 5G coverage. Your agent made me hold on over 20mins and i had to cut that call myself

It's not cleared up, I just canceled it. And went to another service provider
