Rain network won't stop deducting my account

Almost 2years ago I got myself Rain network month to month. The network only work when im in durban my place and nowhere else.since my reallocation i can't get network and it's been almost 3month I'm asking Rain to stop deducting and they are.ive communicated with them even on a phone.but everyday I see them attempting to deduct my account.ive spoken with them and they promised to stop.but everymorning and day they keep trying to deduct 625 rands.last year they dis the same thing I asked them I didn't want the I ternet anymore.they closed it for 4 months and deducted all those monies from my account.i am tired of telling them to stop.
