RAIN NETWORK VERY POOR

Rain internet connection has been very poor have been complaining hear on hello peter but rain people don't even care. Initially when i joined the network the internet was very good but now it is horrible. one cannot even open an simple thing like an email that's how bad it is and i am in a cbd. any one who wants to join this network be warned THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND THEY SUPPORT IS NOT THERE AT ALL.
