Rain Network unstable and unreliable

I have been with Rain close on 2 years now. And despite numerous complaints, they fail to improve their network. quick to take our money but slow to provide service. Their network is slow, unreliable and utterly useless. I'm more off than on! They keep saying it's my signal, yet my Vodacom signal is perfect, so it's their network. I'm investigating other options, and as soon as I have confirmed an alternate option, I will cancel Rain and won't look back! Would NOT recommend this service provider, their network is slow, unreliable, kicks you off several times a day, my average speed test is 3.2mps for R499 per month! Definitely going to change to an alternate provider where I can get 25mps for the same price!
