Rain network unreliable

We have a problem with rain network. It has been almost 2 months now with no stable network. They do not answer when you call and when texting will tell you to unplug and plug again which does not work. This networks is the most unreliable I have ever experienced. We pay the whole month and we get full network coverage for a week
