Rain network tower not working in my area

Unhappy with the sales person who **** about the connection tower in my area that is non existent! I specifically told them that I'm in a remote area and I gave the sales guy my coordinates to check for network connection around and they told me that the router will work. Upon delivery I called them told them that there is no network coverage they said to wait for 24 hours. The next day I called only to be told that the tower was long brought down and Rain no longer operates but they still took their installment from my account now when I want to cancel they want to check for another connecting tower! Listen come get your router and reverse the money you took coz this thing doesn't work here!
