Rain network team is draining.

I feel ****med by Rain newtwork, in July they called me to let me know I qualify for an offer which is not a contract and that I will still be paying the same amount that I was paying on my previous subscription.

I agreed took the offer, on the 14th July they deducted R285 which is what I normally pay well I had no problem. on the 17the they delivered the new router and all was okay and disconnected my old one.

Yesterday on the 15th August, they were suppose to deduct the same R285 as agreed upon. They decided to tell me that I owe them R551....Which counts Pro rata from the 17th of July...

My question to the agent was " what Pro rata when you deducted on the 14th July" she then apologies with some " sorry for the inconvenient the issue will be dealt with" Till today no one called to ammend my account.
