Rain network sucks! STAY AWAY FROM RAIN

I ordered Rain 5G network with router on the 26th of august which I paid the upfront amount, I then got a order delivered to me on the 6th of September and to no surprise it’s not what I ordered instead I got a 4g sim only ( no router no 5G ) I called in customer support on the 6th of September to notify them about this error, they advised they will have feedback in 48 hours … fast forward I call again and have to explain from over what the issue is still no resolution… I’ve been calling since tge 6th of September up till no I haven’t gotten what I ordered , it’s now again month end lol where I’ll be billed for the 5 G router and my 4g network I’ve been using since last year which actually sucks! As to download speeds and streaming , so be carful when making use of rain , I’ve called numerous time to get this settled, but to sadly to no assistance, I’ll be switch over to the other bigger trusted network as Rain is just a big disappointment!
