Rain network sucks

Rain is such a pathetic and ******** company ever. They will lure you and mislead you and believe that you are not in a contract whereas you are I have stopped using my sim in May due to the uncertisfication of the speed given now when I checked online they say I'm owing them 1300sumthing Rands. I called and asked how so because I hadn't been receiving data or any services from them they said I need to pay for the sim being active that was never explained to me upon the sim purchase I wasn't given that information and I was so shocked to even hear the agent telling me my email address when I had never received any emails from rain.. I'm so disappointed in rain shem. People don't be fooled by rain they are just misleading yall they give you a different information and totally provide a different service.
