Rain network sucks

I ordered rain 5g on the ***2 received it on the 27th. The network was buffering and would switch off the WiFi on its own. I sent a network request they only decided to reply on the 31st January when I had already cancelled ref number ***8. Today's the 3rd of February, they still haven't called about collection of their device. Please come a d pick up your device and give me my money back!!!
