RAIN NETWORK sucks!!!

Company called RAIN network sucks. They don’t even stand to their words. Before joining I was told by their agents but also was advertised that you can CANCEL anytime with no Contracts or Subscription included.

Fast forward to this year when I want to cancel,I’m told I can’t & need to pay my subscription which I never signed up for & worse their Policy clearly stated that no CONTRACT included

I’m still not satisfied with that call with BONGIWE. I want to know how am I still owing y’all as y’all stated very well that that there are no monthly subscription but now I’m told I owe 2 months?.

Rain really sucks & I don’t recommend it to anybody 😡🤬👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
