Rain network sucks

So I complained about rain network slow signal, slow upload and down load they advertise 4g but it's actually 2g I'm mean 2mbs is OK but my downloads and upload only 400kbs. So I got a called from one off there technical staff and after a few minutes off discussion he say I'm to close to the tower I've been using this tower since I started with rain and it was fast back then so he concluded that I should cancel my rain and join another network so ja I gues that what ima have to do
