Rain Network Speed

I have been with rain in my household for almost 2 years now but I am fed up with the kind of network coverage I am getting, I literally can not do anything on this network because it is so slow.It takes minutes to load a single page imagine, I can not even surf the web. This people are doing false advertising, the speed they claim to provide are nowhere near of what I am getting.
