RAIN Network SP - Potential *******'s

I had selected the call me back option from the Rain website with my intention of taking up the 5G standard package (04/06/2021). A sales consultant called we had finalised the agreement, i had paid the upfront payment due (No proof of payment provided). At this point the agreement was complete i just had to wait for delivery of the router and sim. 3 days later i receive delivery of a sim card only, with no contact details provided on the Rain website i used the call me back option and it was confirmed that i wont be receiving a router as i received a 4G sim which is no fault of mine as i was very clear on what i wanted. ANYWAYS the 4G sim was cancelled i was told to await reimbur*****t in order to reorder the correct package. A week later nobody from Rain is contacting me regarding my payment that is due to me. WHERE IS MY MONEY?
