Rain Network: Slow in Cape Town City Centre

Hmm where do I begin. 1. It took 2 days for my Sim to be activated, their Rica system is way too slow. 2. Once active it is excruciatingly slow, not lying it took 2 minutes to load this page so I can write the review. But on their website it says I should have should have good coverage. I live in Cape Town City Center and there's good coverage for all the other networks (on my telkom Sim card when I run speed tests I get 40 mbps on average, but when I ran my speed test on the Rain Sim card the speed avareages 400 kbps to 800 kbps which is extremely slow). I'm not trying to blame anyone maybe their network is not yet ready to meet their ambitious goal. Unfortunately for me it's absolutely not usable. 3. My Sim card was only registered today and I tried to then cancel my subscription and I don't mind that I've already paid for this month but they are saying I will be billed in September as well, I'm sorry but I cannot allow that I will be moving to a different network, and since my Sim was only activated today I could not have canceled my subscription any other time.

Great ambitious but not yet usable for me and I stay in Cape Town City Centre (which normally has great coverage for the other networks).

Please may I ask to cancel my subscription and not be charged for September as my Sim was only activated today 01/08 and I want to cancel today 01/08 and I don't mind that I have already paid for a service I probably won't use but I don't want to be charged next month please.
