Rain Network service -Unprofessional and Disgusting

I extremely upset with this company !!!_ as a NEW client you have shown me nothing but unprofessional agents who has stinking attitudes and has zero compassion for me as a NEW customer. I paid a so called pro rata just for another agent to tell me that it's a joining or activation fee .. furthermore they false advertise their products!!! I was told that I will be making my first payment on the 25th of Feb just for them to debit my account 2 days later. I called with no positive response or resolution from there I'll equipped so called agents. My complaint was supposedly escalated to the billing department for my refund and the refund was expected to be paid within 5-7 working days. When I called again I was told by the rudest so called agent that I do not qualify for the refund just 2 days again after my first call on the day of the debit. Such service disgusts me and I demand answers for this false advertising and *******ion.
