They are terrible terrible terrible. They **** people by promising to upgrade them to 5G. The next thing the router never works. No connection then a week later they tell you there is no 5G tower in your area.

Then the **** begins, they start double charhing you for 4G & 5G. You call and call so they can fix the mess they start telling you how sorry they are. *******s.

They are so quick to ***** from your account and they never refund you.
