At this point I want anyone to assist me to cancel my rain WiFi, I have never wasted money on a service that is non existent, I think they are ****mers who deserve to be legally sued for the **** that they give us. Despite having according to them coverage in our area I have been using this Wi-Fi for 5 year and I am ready to take them to court. Unlimited package means you can have 5 hours a day of Wi-Fi if barely, cannot connect to 2 devices or it will twerk, if you want to cancel they make sure it’s damn near impossible to get a hold of anyone. The service is not appalling it’s diabolical and they are laughing all the way to the bank with their sub par services. I have complained many times, I want to cancel this ****ed up wifi. And I want to start a petition where they should get fined for *****ing our money. This is unacceptable!!!!🤬
