RAIN network 's poor service

My experience with rain was very bad. I bought a sim card last month and signed up for the R479 deal. I struggled with network the whole day, there was no coverage at my place. I then canceled the sim card same day and requested for a refund. I later got a call from one of their consultants who tried to convince me to stay, i insisted on a refund because it will be useless paying for something i will never use. She said my refund will be processed and will get my money back within 10 days. When i later checked on their app i was charged R79 for this and the amount that was due to me is R400, i didnt really mind about their charges but up to now i haven't received my money nor any communication whatsoever from RAIN. I am really disappointed with their service
