Rain network ruining my credit record with their lies

Rain has given my information to the 3rd person to call and harass me about me owing them money I know nothing about. I never had a contract with rain, I was on pay as you use, where I use to get data from them, I cancelled this service with them after that they kept deducting my money even when I was no longer using it. I cancelled again. Someone from their department called me to help me cancel after I had logged in several complaints with them. Now a year later they are claiming that I owe them, sending people to contact me and ruining my credit record. Why would I owe them if I was using pay as you go?? I have proof of all the emails I used to send to them regarding this
