Rain network ripped us off

Rain is a huge disappointment really. When my daughter tried to activate their sim card, they said her id does not correspond with the proof of address, of course daah, she is only 18yrs old staying with her mother. So it means the sim card cannot be activated but funny the amount was deducted same time from her bank account. But we still dont have their services. They dont answer their lines they dont respond to emails. We are now stuck with our money gone.

My daughters email address is englechantal@ icloud.com. that is the one we used to create an account with rain.
On Rica her id no does not correspond with our physical address because the details appearing on our proof of address are mine.

I have been waiting for Yeoline from rain to help me since yesterday but nothing up until now. Unfortunately i dont have any details to contact her except here on hellopeters platform. I guess my gratitude was premature
