Rain “Network” Providers but No Internet

I receive the SIM card but it never connected to the internet. When I would call the Rain support people, they would tell me to hang up and try again and then say they will call again in 10 minutes but never do. I lost so much airtime calling and enquiring. It was so easy for them to sign me up and take my money but when I needed help with connecting no one would stay on the phone more than 1 minute to help me. I don’t know whether the support team is clueless about network setting a or if Rain just doesn’t have any connectivity at all, either or, complete incompetence and I am so regretful I didn’t read the reviews before. Rain is wrong period! This is not right- they are a ****.
