RAIN Network provider torture 😩

I have two rain routers both 5G in different locations I’m so disappointed if there was an option to rate it 0 stars I’d prefer that.one works perfectly now after calling them none stop and an agent come …but my second router has been having network issues on and off for 2 months..if you call the call centre the agents are absolutely useless..I need my second line to be fixed because I’m paying hard earned cash but no coverage at all
