If there was an option of putting no "stars" I was not gonna put any. I have canceled my subscription with rain two months ago. And their customer service is very poor 😢 😐 I've never seen something like this! If you have any problems with this provider I recommend you to cancel your bank acc, I didn't cancel mine because I thought my subscription was canceled and they did verify that so I didn't and I wasn't using their service for atleast 2months and a half. BE WARANED⚠️🗣 Today they made me hold for a good 15 minutes after previously taking to two people who referred me to the finance department, I am proudly saying I am taking this matter to iSolezwe let's see who's the joke now!
