Rain has extremely bad customer service, I do not understand why they have a support page because they are not supportive. They hide behind automated email responses and tons of service request numbers, they promise to help between 24-48 hours and a month will go by without even 1 call. Rain network coverage is extremely bad you pay for the streaming to buffer more often than not. its very easy to purchase rain services however the experience thereafter is ****!!! they do not value or take care of their clients.
