Rain Network Provider IS A ****

I am dissapointed in Rain still debiting me despite having cancelled my SIM card over a month ago. Now they suddenly do not respond to my requests for refund of my money. This is a real **** of a company. I intend to report it to the Competition Commission as this goes against dispute resolution, they don't even have such a policy which shows what an ********* establishment this is. They claim to offer solutions that meet a need but trap you into staying.
