Rain Network provider is a ****!

DO NOT SIBSCRIBE TO RAIN! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! 2nd of October 2025, a consultant from the retentions department called me to try and stop me from canceling Rain. By the way, this is after trying to get assistance with connectivity and we were taken from pillar to post... From talking to bots, then to useless consultants! The only time we were taken seriously was when we canceled! We had unfortunately started with the process of getting fibre with Afrihost via Evotel. I advised the retention specialist to send someone to come get their device and I confirmed the pick-up address. She confirmed they will send someone but still nothing. So I asked my husband to go drop it off at a Rain shop coz I'm unavailable. He says a rude store manager in Paulshof was just dismissive and told him I should be the one to drop the device or we will be charged R4000 excluding vat for their device. WE DO NOT WANT YOUR SRRVICES OR DEVICE ANYMORE, COME GET IT AT THE ADDRESS I PROVIDED!!!!

ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF USING RAIN, RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
