RAIN network provider continues to **** people

From the minute I got a month on month 4G contract with Rain, I have had connectivity issues. The internet is slow and sometimes we go for days without being able to connect any device to Wi-fi. What is the point of paying R470.00 per month whilst I still have to buy data for R500.00 from MTN every single month. Each time you complain they tell you the same thing over and over again that you have been connected to an incorrect tower which is absolute *******. Hold on, RAIN have no TOWERS of their own, they use Vodacom towers and continually lie to their customers by billing for non-existent connectivity. It should not be long until everyone gets wind of your **** and then you will come tumbling down with your non-existent towers. Your **** will be revealed, wait and see.
