Rain network provider and their horrible service

Rain is the worst network provider you could find they are fast to answer sales calls but to cancel your contract they put you on hold for several hours their customer service is extremely horrible and so is their network I feel like they are a **** and still didn't get my order or refund I highly suggest people investigate this company and not support them
