Rain Network problems

Got my 5G sim last month but since Tuesday I have been experiencing network problems and I tried to call the rain call centre they answered at first but think due to load shedding the call jus ended without any assistance. When I called this afternoon multiple times not one is answering. I am furious because I need data to do my work so now I don’t know how will I be able to do my work
