Rain Network Problems
Rain Wi-Fi is one of the worst Wi-Fi in SA no matter how much you can report the issue they won’t solve it . Ever since I got it it’s been giving me problems ,it doesn’t work at all at night from 7pm and it feels like they are doing this intentionally, cause I really don’t get it why it stops working everyday at night. You’ll never get help or maybe fix problem . All of their social media platforms are controlled by robots . You try to complain there your are attended by a robot . It’s honestly not good at all, I’m even thinking of cancelling it cause they are the only one's benefiting.

22 Feb 2026, 14:36You guys will never fix the issue calling me won’t make any difference . You just call me to ask me useless questions and end up not fixing the problem . I’m tired of being called by you cause,cause who ever calls doesn’t know the issue you always call us to escalate the matter which you don’t . We are complaining about network problem in Elandsfontein Germiston everyday ,like everyday . If you were resolving the issue we would be crying about network once after some while but we cry about network everyday. I know I’m wasting my money on you and I know I’m wasting my energy cause I’m talking to a useless robot . You guys don’t take us serious
