Rain Network Problem

Since Sunday here in Birchleigh we have a Network problem and My daughter is writing exams now there is no network at like zero and I have to buy her data on top of the money we pay for Rain there was a time where we spend almost a week with no network at all ...please help Rain is giving us bad customer service really
