Rain Network poor service to their subscribers

This is a mont to month internet service provider we were working fine with them until i struggled to pay which i eventually paid the outstandning of R1230.00 to settle my balance but ever since then i have no internet connection and after numerous tickets from their app no help was given i called their call centre many times and was told the tower is down its now been a week. whereas im using the internet to conduct my classess as an online facilitator now have to pay extra R200 for another network provider's data ..so annoyed and frustrated with their service planning of cancelling any recomendation of good internet service provider ?
