Rain Network poor Service

I have logged number of calls with Rain Support and no respond from them, it’s completely poor service. network has been down/No internet for 72hours and you can’t even reach their Support team. I wouldn’t recommend this Network as it’s now priced the same as competitors, those Competing Networks have a reliable Network coverage and good Support.
